RETURNS POLICY

At Revour, we do our utmost best to ensure that you get the highest quality products as quickly as possible. However, at times, you may receive a damaged or defective product.

In such a situation, simply relax and contact our customer care within 10 days of receiving the product. Once you contact us, we will pick up the product from you and replace it with a new one.

What should I know about the pick-up?
Our logistics partner will pick up your defective product within 3 days of receiving the return request. Kindly keep the shipment ready with all items, including the brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards and original accessories.

Our logistics partner will make three attempts to pick up the product/s. If the item is not picked up in the third attempt, the return request shall be considered complete at our end. You can raise a fresh return request if you are eligible. For more details, please contact our Customer Care.
Can I return a product if I have shopped during a sale/offer?
Yes, you will be able to return the product, and the same return policy will be applicable as for those who shop for the product at regular prices.

Our logistics partners are Shiprocket and Delhivery. We deliver to locations across India.

Note: We are currently accepting only online payments (i.e., UPI, Debit card, Credit card) for placing the order.

WARRANTY POLICY

While we believe in delivering the highest quality, at times, some products may have issues. But, you shouldn’t have to worry about this. That’s why all Revour products (mentioned below) come with warranty.

We offer piece by piece replacement for all the below-mentioned products. Head over to the product page to find out about the warranty details for a specific product.
What’s the warranty period for my product?
  • Ceiling Fan (only motor) – 2 years
  • Immersion Rod – 1 year
  • Dry Iron – 2 years
  • Mixer Grinder (only motor) – 2 years
  • Heat Convector – 1 year
  • LED Bulbs, Emergency Lamps/ Batten & LED Battens – 1 year
  • LED Panels & Downlights – 1 year

Note: For Ceiling Fans and Mixer Grinders, only the motor is covered under warranty. Other parts of both appliances are not covered.
